This website, stellarbone.com (the "Site"), is operated by STELLAR BONE (the "Store", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell jewelry made from meteorites and natural gemstones sourced primarily from the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau. Every piece is photographed and described as accurately as we can. Natural materials vary in color, pattern and inclusions — these variations are inherent to the materials, not defects. Meteorite surfaces may show natural patina or etching patterns unique to each piece.

2. NOT LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR METAPHYSICAL ADVICE
Our products and their descriptions are offered for cultural, aesthetic and collectible interest only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal or financial advice, and we make no claim that our products have any health, fortune or protective effect.

3. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order has been placed, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in pricing or description. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment information is processed by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
