STELLAR BONE — Refund & Return Policy

Every piece we sell is one-of-one and individually photographed. We want you to feel confident that what arrives is exactly what you saw.

30-Day Returns You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with its Pattern ID card.

• Return shipping is on us for orders within our domestic market; for international orders, return shipping is shared — we cover it if the piece differs from its listing photos or description.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back at our studio.

Exchanges Prefer a different piece? We are happy to exchange — message us and we will reserve the replacement before your return arrives, so no one else claims it.

Custom & Engraved Pieces Custom-commissioned or engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or the delivered piece does not match the approved design — in that case we will remake or refund in full.

Damage in Transit If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and contact us — we will replace or refund immediately.

Lifetime Re-etching Meteoritic iron patterns may soften with years of wear. Your first professional re-etching is free, for life — just ship the piece back to us.
