How do I know which size fits me?
Every listing states its length or ring size. For bracelets, measure your wrist and add 1–1.5 cm of ease; for rings, use a ring sizer. If the size is wrong, one free exchange within 30 days — 99% of customers get it right the first time.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Pendants and bracelets can be engraved (a date, a coordinate, a short phrase) and ship in a gift box. Fully custom pieces — chosen meteorite type, material pairings — take 4–6 weeks, and nothing is charged before you approve the design. Write to us with your idea.
What if the piece I receive doesn't match the photos?
It shouldn't — the macro photos in each listing are of the exact piece we ship, archived under its Pattern ID. If a listing ever disagrees with the specimen, return it within 30 days for a full refund, return shipping on us.
How do I care for meteoritic iron day to day?
Iron hates water: remove before washing hands, showering or workouts, keep it away from perfume, and store it in the pouch included. A dry cotton cloth after wearing is all the maintenance required — and if the etched pattern ever dulls, your first re-etching is free, for life.
