Sizing
Every listing states its length or ring size. For bracelets, measure your wrist and add 1–1.5 cm of ease. For rings, use a ring sizer. Wrong size? One free exchange within 30 days — 99% of customers get it right the first time.
Is it real?
Every piece is honestly labeled with material, weight and find region. Meteoritic iron can oxidize in theory — we stabilize and seal each piece before it ships, and iron pieces carry a lifetime first re-etching.
Are the photos the actual piece?
Yes. The pattern is the fingerprint of that exact specimen — the photos in the listing are of the piece we ship. Accessories (cords, chain lengths) are standard stock.
Engraving
Pendants and bracelets can be engraved with a date, coordinate or short phrase, in a gift box. Custom material combinations take 4–6 weeks; nothing is charged before you approve the design.
